Ingredients

2 lb hamburger

1 tsp baking powder

1 small onion minced

3/4 cup milk

2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

3/4 cup uncooked rice

2 cans tomato soup

2 cup water

Directions

Combine all ingredients except soup and water. Form into small balls and place in baking pan. Cover with soup and water mixed. Place in oven uncovered.
